Terms of Service

Dinelytics provides NFC feedback cards and software that help restaurants collect guest feedback, grow Google reviews, and build a contact list. By subscribing to or using Dinelytics you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Francesco Vitale, trading as Dinelytics, Via della Repubblica 51, 95040 Ramacca (CT), Italy (P.IVA IT06178100878).

Dinelytics is offered as a monthly subscription of €49, or an annual subscription of €490 (twelve months for the price of ten), billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial-period refunds unless required by law.

The €49 price is the total amount due; VAT is not applied. Transaction not subject to VAT pursuant to Article 1, paragraphs 54-89, of Italian Law no. 190/2014.

You are responsible for how you use the guest data you collect, including sending reward offers and following the review guidelines of Google and any other platform. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Guest contacts and feedback you collect through Dinelytics are yours to use for your restaurant. You agree to handle that data lawfully and in line with our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep Dinelytics available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes take effect from the "last updated" date above. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

These terms are governed by Italian law, and disputes arising from them fall to the courts of Catania, Italy. Because Dinelytics is sold to businesses, this choice applies in full. Nothing here removes any right you have under the mandatory law of the country where you are established.
